Daily Precision Control System
HMS Module
The HMS technology detects the angular position of the hands of a watch head, thanks to the contrasted and reflection-free images of its lighting system. Two pictures of the watch are taken within a few hours, typically 24h. The time given by the angular position of the hands is compared to the precise time elapsed between the two pictures. The result is displayed in seconds and extrapolated in seconds per day.
Streamline production processes with unparalleled precision.
Introducing our cutting-edge HMS Module that offers a groundbreaking solution for measuring the state of mechanical watches and movements. This module incorporates a dedicated camera and lighting system, capable of detecting the angular position of watch hands with unparalleled precision. The innovative HMS technology developed by H2i is designed to meet the demands of Swiss manufacturers, allowing them to streamline their production processes and ensure the accuracy and reliability of their watches.
How the HMS Module measures the state of the watch.
The HMS Module captures two perfectly contrasted images of the watch within a few hours, typically 24 hours apart, and compute the precise elapsed time indicated by the hands. This computed time is then compared to the actual elapsed time between the two images, enabling the module to determine the time deviation of the watch – called state – with incredible precision. The state result is displayed in seconds, and extrapolated in seconds per day.
Effortless New Watch Models.
The learning phase for a new watch model is quick and straightforward, taking only a few minutes. All you need to do is select the center of the hands, draw their contours, and let our algorithms take care of the rest. With our easy-to-use interface, you can quickly and accurately measure the state of new watch models, ensuring that they perform at their optimal level.
